Requirements:

Experience:
- Minimum Of 5 Years Experience As A Personal Assistant Or Executive Assistant Supporting A Ceo Or Senior Executive In A Large, Fast-Paced Organization.
- Experience In Financial Services Or Insurance Sectors Is Highly Desirable.
- Experience Working In Multicultural Environments Or With International Executives.
- Familiarity With Indian Business Culture Or Experience Supporting Executives With Strong Ties To India May Be Advantageous.
Responsibilities: -
- Provide High-Level Executive Support To The Ceo, Including Calendar Management, Travel Coordination, And Meeting Preparation.
- Act As A Liaison Between The Ceo And Internal/External Stakeholders, Ensuring Effective Communication And Follow-Ups.
- Prepare Reports, Presentations, Briefing Notes, And Correspondence On Behalf Of The Ceo.
- Manage Confidential Information With The Highest Level Of Discretion And Integrity.
- Coordinate Executive Meetings, Board Meetings, And Strategic Sessions, Including Agenda Setting And Minute-Taking.
- Track Key Business Priorities And Ensure Timely Execution Of Action Items.
- Support Project Management Initiatives Driven By The Ceo Office.
- Handle Administrative Tasks Efficiently While Anticipating The Ceo Needs.
- Facilitate Communication Across Departments And Ensure Alignment On Organizational Priorities.
