  • Professional Certification In Executive Administration Is An Added Advantage. 
  • Demonstrated Ability To Manage Complex Schedules And Competing Priorities. 
  • Strong Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite And Modern Office Management Tools. 
  • Exceptional Organizational And Time Management Skills. 
  • Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills. 
  • High Level Of Professionalism, Discretion, And Emotional Intelligence. 
  • Ability To Work Under Pressure And Meet Tight Deadlines.

Experience: 

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience As A Personal Assistant Or Executive Assistant Supporting A Ceo Or Senior Executive In A Large, Fast-Paced Organization. 
  • Experience In Financial Services Or Insurance Sectors Is Highly Desirable. 
  • Experience Working In Multicultural Environments Or With International Executives. 
  • Familiarity With Indian Business Culture Or Experience Supporting Executives With Strong Ties To India May Be Advantageous.

Responsibilities: - 

  • Provide High-Level Executive Support To The Ceo, Including Calendar Management, Travel Coordination, And Meeting Preparation. 
  • Act As A Liaison Between The Ceo And Internal/External Stakeholders, Ensuring Effective Communication And Follow-Ups. 
  • Prepare Reports, Presentations, Briefing Notes, And Correspondence On Behalf Of The Ceo. 
  • Manage Confidential Information With The Highest Level Of Discretion And Integrity. 
  • Coordinate Executive Meetings, Board Meetings, And Strategic Sessions, Including Agenda Setting And Minute-Taking. 
  • Track Key Business Priorities And Ensure Timely Execution Of Action Items.
  • Support Project Management Initiatives Driven By The Ceo Office. 
  • Handle Administrative Tasks Efficiently While Anticipating The Ceo Needs. 
  • Facilitate Communication Across Departments And Ensure Alignment On Organizational Priorities.
