Our Client, a leading training and development company dedicated to equipping individuals and organizations with the skills they need to thrive in today's fast-changing world is looking for a motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Executive. The Senior Sales Executive will be the primary point of contact for their corporate and retail clients. He or she will be responsible for driving revenue growth and representing their client's training solutions with professionalism and passion.

Key Responsibilities
· Actively prospect, develop and close new business opportunities to meet, exceed individual and center sales targets.
· Work towards achieving both revenue and collections targets as set by the Managing Director.
· Conducting daily client visits, calls and presentations to drive new and existing business.
· Build a strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
· Work closely with center staff to ensure every client receives a high level of service, proactively gathering feedback and communicating insights to drive continuous improvement.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to support the roll-out of new programs, campaigns and events.
· Prepare compelling proposals, presentations and price quotations tailored to prospective clients while identifying new market opportunities to support business growth.
· Manage an assigned portfolio of accounts with a focus on prioritization, regular outreach and maintaining accurate records using CRM tools to ensure full team visibility.
· Submit accurate weekly forecasts along with daily, weekly and monthly pipeline and sales reports to the Managing Director in line with company guidelines.

What We're Looking For
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field
· 2 to 4 years of proven direct sales experience in technology, training or a related industry
· Strong pipeline management, communication and relationship-building skills
· Proficiency in CRM tools; Microsoft Dynamics experience is an added advantage
