Duties and responsibilities
Ensure that the company’s field agents’ need for products is met by allocating them with stock.
Receive and confirm stock delivered from the warehouse in the Company internal system.
Manage shop inventory, including timely requisitions to ensure optimal stock levels.
Handle replacements under warranty conditions and provide troubleshooting support.
Conduct weekly stock checks and reconcile inventory in the internal company system.
Attend to shop walk-in enquiries, sales and customer service needs.
Educate customers on products, procedures and terms by providing clear and accurate information.
Maintain accurate records, including filing Field Agent agreements and related documents.
Ensure the shop is well-maintained, tidy, orderly and compliant with company standards.
Ensure compliance with local government regulations.
Academic qualification and work experience
A diploma in any academic field is a minimum requirement.
Two years’ experience in a similar role is an added advantage.
A speaker of the local mother tongue is a distinct advantage.
