Shopify / E- commerce Marketing Executive
Job summary
We are looking for a hands-on, creative, and customer-focused individual to manage our Shopify website and digital presence. This role involves managing the online store, responding to customer inquiries, refreshing website content, running digital promotions, and ensuring a smooth, premium customer experience from first click to final delivery.

JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Website & Shopify Management
- Manage the daily operations of the Shopify website
- Upload and update products, pricing, descriptions, images, and collections
- Ensure the website is always accurate, fresh, and visually appealing
- Monitor site performance, broken links, stock visibility, and checkout flow
2. Customer Support & Order Management
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and website chat
- Assist customers with product selection, custom orders, and delivery coordination
- Track and manage online orders, follow up on deliveries, and resolve issues professionally
- Maintain a warm, empathetic brand voice in all customer interactions
3. Digital Marketing & Growth
- Plan and execute promotions, offers, and seasonal campaigns (Valentine’s, Mother’s Day, birthdays, etc.)
- Manage basic email marketing and WhatsApp broadcasts
- Support Instagram and TikTok marketing by aligning website offers with social content
- Optimize product listings for SEO and conversion
4. Content Refresh & Brand Consistency
- Regularly refresh homepage banners, featured collections, and promotions
- Work with photographers/designers or Canva to update visuals
- Ensure brand tone, pricing, and messaging are consistent across all digital platforms
5. Reporting & Optimization
- Track key metrics such as website traffic, conversion rates, abandoned carts, and sales
- Provide weekly reports and improvement recommendations
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and increase sales
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience managing a Shopify website (mandatory)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce
- Comfortable using tools such as Shopify Admin, Canva, Meta Business Suite, WhatsApp Business
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Passion for branding, aesthetics, and customer experience
