Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, preferably in:
- Tiles
- Building materials
- Hardware
- Sanitary ware
- Interior finishing products
- Construction materials
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Promote and sell the company's tile products to retail and wholesale customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, interior designers, developers, hardware stores, and construction firms.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable tile products based on project needs and budget.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Prepare accurate quotations and follow up to convert inquiries into sales.
- Negotiate prices and close sales while maintaining company profitability.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct regular customer visits and site visits to strengthen relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's products, pricing, promotions, and competitors.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely order processing and deliveries.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and ensure excellent after-sales service.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns to promote the company's products.
- Ensure proper documentation of customer orders and payments.
- Comply with company sales policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
