About the Role

Bun & Beef is hiring a talented Video Content Creator & Editor with strong skills in shooting and editing short-form content for social media.

This role is focused primarily on filming, editing, and creative storytelling that elevates the brand’s online presence.

If video is your strongest skill, this opportunity is built around that specialty.

Additional skills such as graphic design, posting, scheduling, and basic social media management are considered a major plus, but not mandatory.

Primary Responsibilities (Core Focus)

Video Shooting

• Capture high-quality vertical videos at our restaurant locations.

• Film products, behind-the-scenes moments, customer interactions, and lifestyle content.

• Shoot content optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

Video Editing

• Edit modern, engaging short-form videos with strong pacing and transitions.

• Use trending sounds, hooks, and editing styles suited to each platform.

• Maintain consistency with the brand’s aesthetic and tone.

• Prepare ready-to-post versions for multiple platforms.

Creative Concepting

• Brainstorm content ideas and concepts aligned with brand goals.

• Stay updated on current social media trends and apply them creatively.

• Contribute fresh ideas for campaigns, launches, and promotions.

Graphic Design (Plus)

• Ability to design simple social media posts, posters, and branded visuals.

Required Skills & Qualifications (Core Requirements)

• 2–4 years of experience in video creation and editing

• Strong editing ability (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)

• Ability to shoot clean, stable, well-composed footage

• Understanding of TikTok and Instagram editing trends

• Strong sense of timing, pacing, transitions, and visual storytelling

• A video portfolio (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or drive link) is mandatory

• Reliable, organized, and able to meet deadlines

• Professional communication and creativity
