Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and escort them to their tables.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items and
- specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
- Serve food and drinks promptly and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
- Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware, and glasses.
- Process payments and provide accurate billing information.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years experience as a Waiter/Waitress.
- Active listening and effective communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment and handle
- pressure.
- Professional and sociable demeanor.
- Ability to work well in a team
Salary: Kes. 15,000. Availability: Immediately
