Salary: KES 60,000 gross per month during probation, increasing to KES 65,000 after probation
Commission Structure: KES 15,000 – 25,000 per placement
Overview
Global Capability is hiring a 180 Recruiter to support US-based tech clients, sourcing and placing top talent across various technical roles. You’ll work closely with US recruitment teams, identifying and engaging qualified candidates for permanent and contract opportunities.

It’s ideal for someone with proven US tech recruitment experience in an agency environment, who is detail-oriented, proactive, and motivated by hitting targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Source and identify qualified tech candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing channels.
• Conduct outreach to potential candidates, gathering key information (experience, skills, availability), and maintain engagement.
• Manage candidate records accurately within the ATS/CRM system.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads for US-based recruiters.
• Collaborate with recruiters to prioritise open roles and hand over candidates efficiently.
• Track daily and weekly sourcing activity, providing updates to the team lead.
• Support a consistent, positive candidate experience aligned with client expectations.
Minimum Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of US tech recruitment experience in an agency environment (handling multiple clients and high-volume roles).
• University graduate.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong research ability and experience using LinkedIn, Boolean search, and job boards.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven agency environment.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with ATS/CRM systems and tracking metrics.
• Reliable, professional, and able to collaborate effectively with international teams.
Preferred
• Exposure to US tech markets and recruitment processes.
• Experience handling senior or niche tech roles.
• Confident communicating with senior professionals or executives.
