Employer:  A Medium-Sized Manufacturing Company Located In Industrial Area

Salary:  Kshs. 100,000 - 150,000 Plus Company Benefits

Experience:  Minimum 5 To 7 Years Of Hr Experience, Preferably In Manufacturing.

Requirements: 

  • Bachelors Degree In Hr Management, Business Administration, Or Related Field. 
  • Strong Knowledge Of Labor Laws And Hr Best Practices. 
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, And Leadership Skills. 
  • Proven Ability In Conflict Resolution And Mediation. 
  • Proficiency In Hr Software And Ms Office. Those Above 45 Years Old Are Encouraged To Apply.

 Responsibilities: - 

  • Recruitment & Staffing: - Develop And Implement Recruitment Strategies For Skilled And Unskilled Labor. Manage Onboarding And Induction Programs For New Employees. 
  • Employee Relations & Conflict Management: - Maintain A Harmonious Work Environment And Handle Grievances Effectively. Proactively Manage Workplace Conflicts Through Mediation And Resolution Strategies. Ensure Compliance With Labor Laws And Company Policies. 
  • Performance Management: - Implement Appraisal Systems And Monitor Employee Performance. Identify Training Needs And Coordinate Skill Development Programs. 
  • Payroll & Compensation: - Oversee Payroll Processing And Statutory Deductions. Ensure Competitive Compensation And Benefits Structure. Compliance & Safety: - Ensure Adherence To Health, Safety, And Environmental Regulations. ( Osha, Neema, Labour And Other County And Government Regulations) Maintain Accurate Hr Records And Documentation. 
  • Policy Development: - Draft And Update Hr Policies Aligned With Company Objectives. Review Of Any Pending Unresolved Hr Issues. 
  • Industrial Relations: - Liaise With Trade Unions And Manage Collective Bargaining Agreements.
