Job summary
We are seeking a qualified and detail- oriented HR Professional to manage core human resource functions. The ideal candidate will support recruitment, employee relations,payroll administration,compliance and staff welfare to ensure smoothday to day operations
Job descriptions & requirements
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Advertise vacancies, shortlist, and conduct interviews
- Coordinate onboarding and induction for new staff
- Maintain updated candidate database
2. Employee Relations & Welfare
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters
- Foster a positive workplace culture and staff engagement
- Coordinate staff training and development programs
3. Payroll & Benefits Administration
- Process monthly payroll, statutory deductions, and benefits
- Maintain leave records, attendance, and overtime logs
- Ensure compliance with NSSF, NHIF, PAYE, and labor laws
4. Compliance & Records
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR files
- Ensure company policies align with Kenyan Labour Laws
- Prepare HR reports for management
5. Performance Management
- Support performance appraisals and KPI tracking
- Assist department heads with staff evaluations
