Job Summary
Beachways Group is looking for a highly organized Admin Assistant to handle invoicing, telesales, supplier payments, and client follow-up. This is an essential role supporting our China sourcing, logistics, and supplier payment operations.

Job Description/Requirements
Prepare and issue quotations, invoices, receipts, and supporting documents.
Conduct telesales calls and follow up with leads from social media.
Maintain client files, shipping files, and sourcing requests.
Coordinate supplier payments in Chinese Yuan (RMB) with accuracy.
Maintain financial records, update ledgers, and ensure proper documentation.
Manage WhatsApp, social media inquiries, email responses, and customer follow-up.
Support logistics operations: tracking shipments, updating clients, and confirming arrivals.
Work closely with the Sales and Guangzhou teams for client updates.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Finance, or related field).
CPA Level 2 is an added advantage.
Strong administrative and record-keeping skills.
Proficiency in invoicing tools, Excel, and Google Workspace.
Excellent communication and telephone etiquette.
High integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Able to work from the office Monday–Saturday.
