Employment Type: Full-time ( Mon – Friday 8:00AM – 5:00 PM , Sat 8:00AM – 1:00PM)
Location: Upperhill, Nairobi
Job Purpose
The Administrative Assistant will provide efficient administrative and office support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while also supporting basic social media and digital communication activities.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
• Manage daily office administration and front-office operations.
• Handle correspondence, emails, calls, and visitor coordination.
• Maintain accurate physical and electronic filing systems.
• Prepare documents, reports, and meeting minutes.
• Coordinate meetings, schedules, and office logistics.
• Monitor office supplies and support procurement processes.
• Assist with basic bookkeeping, invoicing, and expense tracking.
• Provide administrative support to management and staff.
Social Media & Digital Support
• Manage and update company social media pages.
• Create and schedule basic posts and content.
• Respond to online inquiries and messages professionally.
• Track engagement and provide simple performance updates.
Qualifications & Experience
• Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum of one (1) year experience in a similar administrative role.
Skills & Competencies
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Standard IT Skills, Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital tools.
• Familiarity with social media platforms.
• Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
Work Environment
• Office-based role with occasional support for external activities
