Location - Isinya 
Responsibilities: 

  • Maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions, provide feedback on agricultural market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform farm strategies 
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions 
  • Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting and lead qualification to closing deals 
  • Establish, develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders  
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to drive demand for  agricultural products 
  • Establish, develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders 
  • Following up with clients consistently to ensure satisfaction with goods purchased, and resolving any problems arising 
  • Leverage established relationships to drive sales and expand market reach 
  • Identify, engage, and grow customer segments including industries, hotels, schools, institutions,  and hospitals, supermarkets. 
  • Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns 
  • Work collaboratively with other farm departments to improve sales processes, and to develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational objectives and revenue  targets 
  • Provide daily and weekly reports on sales activities 
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management to support operational needs 

Salary – 30,000 Gross
