We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Agriculture Sales Representative to drive sales of our agricultural products and expand our market presence.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions, provide feedback on agricultural market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform farm strategies
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting and lead qualification to closing deals
- Establish, develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to drive demand for agricultural products
- Establish, develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Following up with clients consistently to ensure satisfaction with goods purchased, and resolving any problems arising
- Leverage established relationships to drive sales and expand market reach
- Identify, engage, and grow customer segments including industries, hotels, schools, institutions, and hospitals, supermarkets.
- Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns
- Work collaboratively with other farm departments to improve sales processes, and to develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational objectives and revenue targets
- Provide daily and weekly reports on sales activities
- Perform any other duties assigned by management to support operational needs
Salary – 30,000 Gross
