Barista/Barman

• Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including classic and specialty cocktails, wine, beer, espresso-based coffees (lattes, cappuccinos, etc.), teas, and other hot/cold beverages, following standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, provide menu recommendations, and engage with patrons to create a welcoming and positive atmosphere.
• Cash Handling: Process customer payments (cash and credit card transactions) accurately using a Point-of-Sale (POS) system and balance the cash register at the end of a shift.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage stock levels for all bar items (liquor, coffee beans, mixers, garnishes, napkins, glassware), conduct regular stock checks, and report or order new supplies as needed.
• Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work area, including equipment (espresso machines, grinders, blenders, etc.) and bar surfaces, in adherence to all health and safety regulations.
• Equipment Maintenance: Operate, clean, and perform basic maintenance on all bar equipment, reporting any repair needs to management.

This individual is responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing a wide range of drinks, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and managing inventory.
