Job summary
Bartenders are responsible for preparing and serving beverages to players and guests in a professional, efficient, and responsible manner. They help create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere within the poker club while maintaining high standards of service, safety, and compliance with club policies and applicable regulations
Job descriptions & requirements
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to club standards
• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service
• Verify age and ensure responsible alcohol service at all times
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, equipment, and storage
• Manage bar inventory, including stock levels and basic reporting
• Handle cash, tabs, and payments accurately following club procedures
• Monitor guest behavior and report any concerns to management or security
• Coordinate with waitstaff, floor staff, and management
• Follow all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
• Previous bartending experience in hospitality or nightlife (preferred)
• Knowledge of common cocktails, beverages, and bar equipment
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and responsible attitude
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift bar supplies when needed
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Certification in responsible alcohol service (preferred or required, depending on
regulations)
