- Position: Business Development Executive (SDR)
- Location: Nairobi CBD (office-based)
- Shift: UK – 10:30 AM–7:30 PM | US/Canada – 4:00 PM–12:00 AM
- Salary: KES 24,999–30,000/month (junior role) + Commission
- KPI: 60 calls/day (lead gen & outreach)
Responsibilities:
• Prospect via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls
• Set up meetings for international clients
• Research target companies
• Update CRM and follow up
Requirements:
• University diploma or above
• Excellent spoken/written English
• Confident and persuasive
• Target-driven and resilient
• Loves being on the phone selling
