Key Responsibilities
• Provide strategic leadership and oversee day-to-day business operations.
• Drive growth initiatives, improve operational efficiency, and ensure profitability.
• Lead expansion of product categories and distribution networks across the country.
• Build and guide high-performing teams to achieve company goals.
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, and overall business health.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and customers.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 10–15 years of experience in FMCG, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven experience transforming and scaling FMCG businesses, including new product launches and nationwide distribution expansion.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Age: 40–45 years.
