Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Branch Manager for our cafe in Nairobi. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and ensuring profitability and growth of the cafe.

Job Description/Requirements
Salary Range: Ksh 80,000 - Ksh 100,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Minimum of 3- 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a cafe or restaurant.
- Manage overall operations of the cafe, including opening and closing duties.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and quality assurance.
- Supervise and evaluate staff performance, including hiring, training, scheduling, and disciplining employees as necessary.
- Monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed, maintaining inventory control.
- Implement strategies to improve sales and profitability.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and the community.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and expense control measures.
- Promote the cafe through marketing activities and community engagement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Branch Manager or in a managerial position within the hospitality industry,
- preferably in a cafe or restaurant setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Thorough understanding of customer service practices.
- Financial acumen and ability to manage budgets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and cafe management software.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
