Job Summary

We’re looking for a dynamic, self-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive sales for our suite of IT services and products. This is a performance-based role with commission on closed deals and a potential monthly retainer based on performance and consistency.

About Us:

GuruIT Nect Technologies (GNT) is a growing IT solutions provider specializing in managed IT services, web development, IT security, product sales, and digital transformation solutions. We partner with SMEs, NGOs, and public sector organizations to help them leverage technology for growth and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new B2B sales leads across sectors (NGOs, SMEs, and public institutions)

• Promote and sell GNT’s services and solutions, including IT support, cybersecurity, web development, and hardware/software products

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals

• Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and trends

• Collaborate with the technical team to develop proposals and pitch decks

• Track sales pipeline and provide regular updates and insights


Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in B2B sales or business development (experience in IT/Tech is a plus)

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Goal-oriented, proactive, and results-driven

• Strong understanding of digital solutions and IT services

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Nairobi-based or familiar with the Kenyan market preferred
