- Degree in Business Commerce
- 5 years of Experience in management
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, assign weekly performance goals, and ensure their completion to accomplish company goals
- Recruit, onboard, and train high-performing employees to achieve sales, profitability, market share, and company objectives
- Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks are accomplished effectively
- Develop, implement, and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans
- Delegate responsibilities to the best-qualified employees and enforce all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs, set policies and processes
- Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
- Direct the employee assessment process, Prepare regular reports for upper management, and Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business
- Developing key performance goals and managing the performance of staff
- Developing marketing strategies for new products
- Organizing promotional events and coordinating day-of deliveries and staffing leading and training the sales team
- Reviewing current marketing campaigns for weaknesses and developing solutions within budget constraints
- Analyzing website click-to-purchase conversion rates and the effectiveness of promotions to determine what drives sales by identifying potential new markets and creating a plan to enter the market
- Brainstorming fresh advertising ideas with senior management
- Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from idealization to execution
- Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content creation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copyrighting, performance analysis
- Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and Vendors
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
- Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard-copy brochures
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
- Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly to competitors
