Job Description/Requirements
Buildafrique Group is a multi-disciplinary of specialized subsidiaries that offers “End-to-End Project Development and Investment Solutions”.
The organization wishes to recruit a highly motivated and result oriented individual to fill the position of Business Development & Operations Assistant.
The position will provide support for the organization in areas of Business Development, Marketing, Investor Relations and Operations support, including: Digital Marketing, Customer Relations Management, Identification of Investors, Operations Assistant and Management, Front Office Management, and accounting support.
Key Responsibilities:
· Business Development and Marketing: including marketing of organization’s product solutions and meeting sales targets; creating new business development opportunities through digital marketing and direct marketing, customer relationship management, developing specific marketing plans and strategies, generating marketing campaigns; content writing, and fulfilment of the organization business development, marketing, and brand positioning strategy.
· Identification of Investors and Investor Relations: including research and identification of potential local and international investors and funding institutions aligned with organization goals, development and maintenance of robust investor pipeline through online platform and networking, development and implementation of investors outreach and liaison strategies, and management of follow-up communication, investor database and fundraising campaigns.
· Operations Assistant: including administration assistance, accounting support, human resources management assistance, and providing executive assistance to senior management.
· Front Office Management: on-and-off front office management, including: management of external correspondence, customer care service, and calls switchboard management.
Qualifications and core competencies:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, International Relations, Public Relations, Business Information Systems, or related field.
· Experience in Marketing, Online and Digital marketing campaigns, and Content writing.
· Proficiency in basic accounting, added advantage.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
· Excellent interpersonal skills, Innovative, and creative.
· Business and leadership skills.
