Job descriptions & requirements
B2B Account Acquisition: Secure shelf space and listing approvals in premium supermarkets, modern trade chains, health food stores, and pharmacies.
Channel Expansion: Open alternative high-volume channels including gyms, corporate offices, school canteens, and the hospitality sector (HORECA).
Relationship Management: Nurture relationships with category managers and procurement officers to ensure consistent stock rotation and timely re-orders.
Brand Visibility: Ensure excellent product placement, merchandising, and point-of-sale visibility across all retail touchpoints.
Market Insights: Monitor competitor activities, customer feedback, and pricing trends to provide actionable market intelligence.
Target Driven: Meet and exceed aggressive monthly and quarterly sales volume goals.
Qualifications .
Experience: 2–5 years of field sales experience strictly within the Kenyan FMCG or Food & Beverage sector.
Network: Active, pre-existing relationships with procurement officers and buyers in major supermarkets and premium retail chains.
Skills: Mastery of "value-selling" . High resilience, exceptional negotiation skills, and a self-driven attitude capable of working independently in the field.
Education : Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Mobility : Fully flexible to travel extensively across Nairobi and surrounding regions for field execution.
