Core Responsibilities
- Prepare daily staff lunch (ready by 2:00 PM, morning shift).
- Marinate and prepare meats for sandos.
- Prep tiramisu, cookie dough, chapati dough as per shift.
- Ensure K&G sauce is prepared during evening shift.
- Maintain high levels of hygiene in the kitchen.
- Ensure Karak Tea is always available across both shifts.
- Notify Cash Manager before any supply depletes.
Execution at Karak & Go
- Morning shift: prep staff lunch, marinate meat, prepare tiramisu, chapati dough.
- Evening shift: prepare sauces, cookie dough for next day.
- Assign tasks between chefs/stewards for smooth prep flow.
- Maintain order sheets and update when ingredients run low.
- Alert storekeeper and cash manager early for any restocks.
- Keep prep and cook stations sanitized after every task.
- Coordinate with steward for faster turnaround of utensils.
