Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook both local dishes and authentic Chinese dishes with consistency and creativity.
- Develop and innovate menu items while maintaining quality and taste standards.
- Ensure proper food presentation and portioning.
- Maintain kitchen hygiene, safety, and organization standards.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control efficiently.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience as a chef especially Chinese cuisine
- Strong knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques, ingredients, and presentation.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Culinary certification or diploma is an added advantage.
