Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities
· Ensure high quality food is produced as per customer requirement, expectation
And presentation
· Make daily orders for purchase and compile daily stock sheet reports
· Check quantity and quality of stock received and notify Food & Beverage Superior of any deficiencies
· Ensure high standard of cleanliness, hygiene and safety inside the work place is
observed throughout food preparation and storage areas
· Experience in cooking Continental Cuisine, Chinese, Italian and Indian dishes in
a hot kitchen
· Excellent communication skills
· Able to work under pressure and with minimum supervision in a busy kitchen
Qualification
· CV, National ID, Passport Size Photo, K.C.S.E Minimum Mean Grade C
· Diploma in food production, hospitality and service management
· Have other courses related to the above field
· Must have good communication skills
· Minimum 2 years experience
