We’re looking for a highly driven Digital Marketing Specialist with strong skills in graphic design, video creation, AI tools, and marketing automation. This is a hands-on, multi-brand role that requires autonomy, creativity, and the ability to move quickly without constant supervision.

Job Description/Requirements
Location: View Park Towers, Nairobi
Working Hours: 03:30–12:30 EAT (aligned to Western Australia timezone)
Salary: KES 60,000 Gross per month
Transport Allowance: KES 10,000 per month
Role Type: Full-time, Office-based
Reports to: Group CEO & Director

Each brand has its own market position, tone, target audience, and service model. Our clients operate in competitive industries where speed, quality, and clarity of communication are essential.
The Digital Marketing Specialist will support two existing brands across these sectors and play an essential role in launching and scaling a new brand. The successful candidate must be able to quickly learn and understand:
· how each recruitment specialism works,
· the urgency and fast turnaround time for roles,
· the importance of marketing aligned to profitability,
· and how to tailor messaging to different recruitment audiences (engineers, executives, aged care workers, and employers).
Key Responsibilities
Brand Management & Marketing Execution
· Manage marketing execution for two established recruitment brands (Engineering & Executive Search / Aged Care).
· Support the creation, launch, and growth of a new recruitment brand.
· Build content calendars aligned to each brand’s audience (engineers, executives, aged care professionals).
· Produce fast-turnaround content that supports role promotion, candidate attraction, and client acquisition.
· Maintain consistent positioning, tone, and visual identity across all brands.
Graphic Design & Video Production
· Design high-quality digital assets: job adverts, social media graphics, campaigns, corporate decks, reports, etc.
· Edit short-form and long-form content, including recruiter videos, client case studies, brand stories, and role explainer videos.
· Ensure consistent creative quality across three brands.
AI & Automation
· Use AI tools to accelerate content generation (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe AI, Canva AI).
· Create and manage marketing automations via:
o Zapier
o Make (Integromat)
o HubSpot / ActiveCampaign workflows
o Google Workspace automations
o Notion automation
· Build automated systems to streamline recruitment and marketing processes (role posting, lead routing, email flows).
Commercial & Industry Understanding
· Rapidly learn the recruitment workflows for Engineering, Executive Search, and Aged Care.
· Understand client expectations, candidate funnels, and role urgency in each sector.
· Make data-driven marketing decisions that support profitability, quick placements, and brand growth.
· Track campaign performance and share insights with leadership.
Strategy & Planning
· Build and execute a 30/60/90-day plan across all brands.
· Present weekly updates to the CEO and Director.
· Recommend new ideas to increase brand awareness, engagement, and inbound pipeline across markets.
Stakeholder Management
· Work directly with the Group CEO and Director—must be confident and highly organised.
· Manage expectations across multiple recruitment teams and business verticals.
· Deliver work fast, accurately, and with minimal supervision.
Requirements
· 2+ years in digital marketing or a similarly fast-paced role (multi-brand preferred).
· Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design skills.
· Experience with video editing software (Premiere Pro, DaVinci, Final Cut, CapCut).
· Hands-on experience using AI tools for content creation.
· Advanced experience with Zapier or similar automation tools.
· Ability to learn the recruitment industry quickly and understand commercial priorities.
· Excellent communication, time management, and attention to detail.
Pre-Interview Task
Shortlisted candidates will complete:
1. 1 page 30, 60, 90 day analysis and strategy brief
2. Graphic Design Task – 1 job post
3. Brief brand analysis (assess the three recruitment brands)
