The Digital Marketing Personnel will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on all digital marketing activities. This includes social media management, content creation, SEO/SEM, email marketing, online advertising, analytics, and driving brand visibility and lead generation across all company platforms.

Job Description/Requirements
A. Digital Marketing & Campaigns
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and conversions.
- Plan and run paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads).
- Manage day-to-day content posting, engagement, and reporting across platforms
- Drive lead-generation funnels for products and services.
- Develop and execute monthly/quarterly digital marketing plans and calendars.
B. Social Media Management
- Manage all corporate social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter/X).
- Create engaging multimedia content (graphics, videos, reels, stories).
- Respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely manner.
- Grow follower base and enhance brand engagement.
C. Content Creation
- Develop high-quality content: blogs, captions, scripts, email content, website content, product write-ups, case studies.
- Collaborate with designers and videographers to produce marketing assets.
- Plan and execute content for product launches, campaigns, and events.
D. SEO & Website Optimization
- Manage website updates, product pages, and blog posts.
- Conduct SEO audits and optimize site for improved ranking.
- Implement keyword strategies for search visibility.
- Monitor web performance using Google Search Console, Analytics, SEMRush, etc.
E. Email & CRM Marketing
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns.
- Build email lists and segmentation based on customer data.\Analyze open rates, CTR, conversions, and optimize.
F. Analytics & Reporting
- Track and report weekly and monthly performance KPIs.
- Monitor conversions, traffic sources, ROI, audience demographics, and campaign success.
- Present insights and recommend improvements.
G. Brand & PR Support
- Maintain consistent brand identity across digital platforms.
- Support event marketing, webinars, exhibitions, and product demonstrations.
- Monitor online reputation and reviews.
