Our client is seeking a proactive Event Coordinator with strong organizational and communication skills to support the planning and execution ofcompany events. The ideal candidate will manage event schedules, liaise with clients andvendors, handle inquiries across multiple channels, and assist with administrative tasks.

Job Description/Requirements
Plan, organize, and coordinate company events from start to finish.
Communicate with clients, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth event execution.
Handle event inquiries, bookings, and confirmations via calls, SMS, WhatsApp, andemail.
Prepare event schedules, checklists, and coordination documents.
Support administrative tasks including filing, data entry, appointment scheduling, andmaintaining records in Google Sheets/company systems.
Assist in preparing reports and post-event summaries.
Maintain clear communication with internal teams to ensure all event requirements aremet.
Manage customer feedback professionally and de-escalate issues where necessary.
