Job Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through client outreach, networking, and lead generation.

    • Conduct sales presentations and pitch event services to potential clients.

    • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and event agencies.

    • Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and contracts based on client requirements.

    • Maintain and update a client database

    • Attend networking events, expos, and meetings to represent the company and promote services.


Event Planning & Coordination

    • Meet with clients to understand their vision, goals, and budget for each event.

    • Plan and execute event logistics including venue selection, vendor coordination, décor planning, and timelines.

    • Liaise with suppliers, service providers, and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.

    • Supervise event setup, execution, and teardown, ensuring all aspects meet quality standards.

    • Handle on-site problem-solving and real-time adjustments during events.


Client Service & Communication

    • Serve as the main point of contact for clients before, during, and after events.

    • Provide timely updates and manage expectations throughout the planning process.

    • Gather client feedback post-event and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business.

    • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through proactive service and attention to detail.


 Marketing & Promotion Support

    • Suggest ideas for social media and marketing content.

    • Represent the company brand professionally in all client and public interactions.


Reporting & Administration

    • Track sales performance, event budgets, and profitability.

    • Maintain organized records of client communications, contracts, and event details.

    • Prepare regular reports on event outcomes, client feedback, and areas for improvement.
