Field Sales Representative (Western Region)
Job summary
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and self-motivated Field Sales Representative to join our sales team in the Western Region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FMCG sales, with experience handling Unilever and/or Upfield products.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and grow market share within the territory.
- Ensure excellent product availability, visibility, and merchandising at retail outlets.
- Identify new business opportunities and recruit new customers.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence.
- Collect customer orders, follow up on deliveries, and ensure timely payments.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Execute company sales and promotional initiatives effectively.
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma in Sales and Marketing or any related business course.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in field sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Proven experience selling Unilever and/or Upfield products is highly preferred.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Good knowledge of the KPIs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Valid driving or motorcycle riding license will be an added advantage.
