FOOD TECHNOLOGIST-COW MEAT PRODUCTION IN GERMANY

BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
Career Options Africa Group is a HR Consultancy firm specializing in Recruitment, HR outsourcing, and Immigration support in Africa with offices in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), Burundi, Nigeria, South Africa, and South Sudan. Our client, a recruiting company based in Europe, is currently seeking diligent candidates for the position of Food Technologist in Germany.


THE JOB:
As a Food Technologist, your main role will be to apply your knowledge in cow meat production, collaborate with production teams, ensure quality control, and contribute to the development of new meat products.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Apply food technology principles to improve meat production processes.
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Conduct research and development for new meat products.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.


REQUIREMENTS:
The job holder should have the following qualifications:

  • Male candidates only (8 positions available).
  • Completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Technology, Food Processing, or a related field, obtained between 2020 and 2025, prior to the date of application for authorization.
  • At least 1-2 years of work experience in butchery, slaughtering, or meat production.
  • Experience in cow meat production.
  • Financial readiness as this is a self-sponsored position
  • Passport.

If their experience involves slaughtering, they should describe the different stages they have worked on, including preparation, slaughtering, skin removing, deboning, etc. Candidates should also specify the types of meat they have worked with.
