We are seeking a motivated and experienced Freelance Events Business Executive to manage and grow our events portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing client relationships, and executing event strategies that meet organizational goals. This is a remote, project-based role with flexible hours

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
● Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the events industry (corporate, social, virtual, etc.)
● Develop and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat business
● Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to plan and execute successful events
● Negotiate contracts and manage budgets to ensure profitability
● Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends and competitor activity
● Prepare and deliver compelling event proposals and presentations
● Ensure events are delivered on time, within scope, and exceed client expectations
Requirements:
● Proven experience in event planning, business development, or sales
● Strong network within the events or hospitality industry is a plus
● Excellent communication and negotiation skills
● Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
● Proficiency in event management software and CRM tools
Preferred Qualifications:
● Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or related field
● Portfolio of successful events and satisfied clients
