Cascade Institute of Hospitality is inviting applicants who are passionate, skilled, and experienced professionals to join our training team in the position of a Hospitality Management Trainer.
The Successful candidates will be responsible for training and mentoring learners, equipping them with both practical and theoretical competencies essential for excellence in the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Train learners in Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage
  
• Prepare lesson plans, Schemes of work, and training content,
  
• Keep accurate training records of all learners
  
• Conduct assessment and evaluation of learners’ performance and support their professional development
  

Qualifications

• 
  
• Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  
• Experience in hotel operations and training.
  
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
