Job Summary

The Housekeeping Staff will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and common areas, as well as preparing and cooking meals as needed. Ideal candidates will have a strong eye for detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. Job Description/Requirements

Housekeeping and Cleaning:

  • Make beds, change linens, and ensure all rooms are prepared for guests to the highest standards.
  • Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchen areas, and common spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and emptying trash bins.
  • Ensure all cleaning supplies are used effectively and maintain inventory.



Laundry and Cooking:

  • Handle laundry duties, including washing, drying, ironing, and folding linens and guest laundry.
  • Prepare and cook meals as required, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.
  • Assist with kitchen duties, including cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment and areas.



Guest Interaction:

  • Communicate effectively with guests, responding to their needs and requests promptly and courteously.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive guest experience at all times.



Ability to Work Under Pressure:

  • Manage workloads efficiently, especially during busy periods or peak seasons.
  • Handle multiple tasks and prioritize duties while maintaining a high level of performance.
