HR Assistant Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management
- 3–5 years’ relevant work experience
- Valid IHRM Membership
Key Competencies & Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, onboarding, evaluation, training & development)
- Good understanding of Labor Laws
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ethical standards
- High integrity and approachability – ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters
