INSTORE SALES REP

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in selecting the right smartphones, laptops, tablets, accessories, and other electronic products.
• Demonstrate product features, specifications, and benefits to customers.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and store KPIs.
• Cross-sell and upsell complementary products, accessories, warranties, and value-added services.
• Maintain excellent product knowledge on the latest technology trends and product launches.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Ensure products are well displayed, priced, and the showroom remains clean and attractive.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally.
• Monitor stock levels and report low inventory or fast-moving products.
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in retail sales, preferably selling smartphones, laptops, consumer electronics, or premium gadgets.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Strong understanding of current technology products and trends.
• Professional appearance with a confident and outgoing personality.
• Experience using POS systems will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends when required.
