Job Purpose
Talent Grid Africa, on behalf of our esteemed client, is looking for a Sales Executive specialized in IVF / Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) products and services. The ideal candidate will combine medical knowledge with sales skills to promote IVF-related equipment, consumables, and
services to fertility clinics, hospitals and labs, supporting growth of our IVF business line.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and build relationships with fertility clinics, reproductive health centers, hospitals, labs offering ART services, and other relevant customers.
• Present and sell IVF-related products (e.g., IVF lab equipment, consumables, culture media, disposables, reagents) and services, explaining clinical benefits, product specifications, and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and provide clinical/technical guidance to customers as needed.
• Support customers during ordering, purchasing, and delivery processes; ensure proper follow-up on after-sales service, supply consistency and client satisfaction.
• Provide market intelligence: track demand, competitor offerings, customer needs, feedback from clinicians, and evolving trends in IVF/ART market in Kenya/region share insights with management.
• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to develop promotional strategies, educational campaigns, and product training sessions for clients.
• Meet/exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the IVF product/service line.
Qualifications
✓ Degree in a medical, biomedical, life-sciences, or related field; familiarity with reproductive medicine, fertility services or laboratory diagnostics is preferred.
✓ Previous sales experience in medical devices, diagnostics, or specialized medical/veterinary consumables ideally with exposure to IVF/ART products or reproductive health services.
✓ Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; ability to engage with clinicians, lab staff, and hospital administrators.
✓ Ability to understand technical/clinical specifications and translate them into value propositions for clients.
✓ Customer-oriented mindset, ability to manage account relationships and after-sales support.
✓ Willingness to travel to client sites.
