Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Marketing Assistant to support day-to-day marketing operations, content execution, and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual eager to learn, who can handle repetitive but essential responsibilities, and who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment.

Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  1. Content & social media support

Schedule and post content across social media platforms.

Draft captions and assist with copywriting under supervision.

Monitor pages for comments, messages, and basic community engagement.

Assist in video editing.


  1. Event & activation support

Help coordinate logistics for client events, exhibitions, and sponsorships.

Liaise with vendors for booth setup, banners, giveaways, and other materials.

Be present on-site during events for support tasks such as setup, photography, and last-minute marketing requirements.


  1. Creative team coordination

Follow up with the creative/design team to ensure timely delivery of content.

Track revisions and approvals to keep campaigns on schedule.

Maintain a simple workflow tracker to keep projects organized.


  1. Administrative & client support

Maintain databases of contacts, vendors, and leads.

Assist with preparing presentations, reports, and event/portfolio documentation.

Follow up on vendor communications, quotations, and award submissions.

Support internal record-keeping, scheduling, and task tracking.


  1. Research & outreach

Conduct competitor research and industry trend tracking.

Research event opportunities, award bodies, and potential partners.

Assist with outreach to exhibitors, stakeholders, and client databases.


Qualifications & skills

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (or in-progress) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).

Familiarity with basic video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, iMovie, etc.).

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Willingness to learn, adapt, and assist with on-ground event activities
