Key Responsibilities
Develop strategic account plans and sales budgets to meet revenue targets.
Source and secure new clients through activations, referrals, cold-calling, and site visits.
Present pitches, negotiate contracts, and close deals with key accounts.
Supervise project execution with workshop teams and ensure client specifications are met.
Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to contract signing.
Collaborate with design, production, and logistics teams for seamless project delivery.
Maintain strong client relationships, providing updates on initiatives and promotions.
Ensure signage and POP materials meet quality standards.
Prepare monthly sales reviews and follow up on invoicing and payments.
Identify innovative ways to grow revenue from key accounts.

🎓 Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Design, or a Business-related field.
3–5 years’ experience in account management or client-facing roles within a Media, Advertising, Marketing, or Printing company.
Proven record of meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Ability to analyze market data and develop effective sales strategies.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and project management tools.
Age: Must be 45 years or below.
