We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic individuals to lead our team and ensure the seamless operation of our facilities.

Responsibilities: 

    • Prepare high-quality dishes in accordance with the club’s menu and standards.

    • Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies before service.

    • Cook and plate dishes as per specific recipes and presentation standards.

    • Assist with the creation and development of new recipes and menu items.

    • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.

    • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during service.

    • Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to the kitchen manager.

    • Follow all safety and sanitation policies while handling food.

Qualifications: 

    • Previous experience as a line cook in a fine dining or upscale environment preferred.

    • Diploma in Culinary Arts is a must.

    • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, knife skills, and food safety practices.

    • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.

    • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

    • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
