Live Commerce Host

Key Responsibilities:

• Host engaging live-stream shopping sessions to showcase products and drive sales
• Deliver product presentations using the company's Hook → Demo → Close sales format
• Demonstrate product features and benefits while answering customer questions in real time
• Engage viewers, build rapport and encourage purchase decisions during live sessions
• Follow approved scripts, brand guidelines and promotional messaging accurately
• Collaborate with the production, control and data teams to ensure seamless live-stream execution
• Monitor audience engagement and sales performance, adapting presentations to maximize conversions
• Work scheduled shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends and public holidays as required
• Meet or exceed sales, engagement, and conversion targets set for each live session
• Provide feedback on customer trends, frequently asked questions, and product performance to support future campaigns

Required Specifications:

• Fluent English communication skills, with a clear and neutral accent (US or European accent preferred)
• Strong verbal communication and presentation skills with confidence in front of a camera
• Ability to follow structured scripts accurately while maintaining a natural and engaging delivery
• Highly disciplined, reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable working flexible shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends when required
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new products, platforms, and processes
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, media, hospitality or a related customer-facing role
• Multilingual proficiency, particularly in French or Arabic, is an added advantage
