BIDCORO is a joint venture between BIDCO Africa Limited (Kenya) and CO-RO/AS (Denmark). BIDCORO began its operations in November 2017 and is currently among one of the fastest growing FMCG companies in Kenya. Our mission is to be a successful producer, co-packer & export hub for our brands within & outside Africa, produced in East Africa, by having the best & most competent & motivated team.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a CORO Marketing Manager.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Definition of the long-term brand strategy for all CORO brands in East Africa.
• Development and Execution of innovation plans and projects across all brands
• Management of Marketing budgets
• Develop & drive a strong digital strategy for all CORO brands and the company.
• Leading the development of all ATL&BTL Activities
• Development of new ways to “connect” to consumers.
• In charge of BIDCORO’s overall CSR and Image Strategy.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
• Masters’/ bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration
• Minimum five (5) years’ experience within the FMCG industry (Marketing)
• Ability to independently build and run a marketing team
• Ability to build constructive relationships with external partners and/or agencies.
• Strong digital capabilities and capabilities.
