Performance Objectives
- Partner Communication
- Government stakeholders at County Level i.e County Chiefs, County Vet, Youth/ Uwezo fund representatives.
- Supporting Skill-Up Program
- Managing Trainers in the field
- Field Visits with youth in County
- Linking youth to Suppliers/ Value chains
- Support Training of Trainers
- Support local youth recruitment activities
- Support Field Experiments Exercises
- Monitoring and Evaluation
- Verifying reported data
- Monitoring Training sessions
- Preparing and Submitting weekly and Monthly reports
- Weekly meetings with Trainers
- Recruitment Support
- Support in Out of School Youth identification and recruitment efforts
- Training
- Oversight of Boot Camp trainings and support the Trainers
Qualifications
- 3 years Experience in field work/ program management
- Must live in Homabay
- Ability to manage staff
- Apt in report writing
- Partnership management experience
- Experience in training
