Position: Front Office Manager

Swahili Beach Resort, a prestigious 4-star and above property, is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Front Office Manager to lead our guest services and operations team.
This is a key leadership role, responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Front Office team to deliver world-class guest service consistently.
- Oversee daily front office operations, including check-in/check-out, reservations, concierge, and guest relations.
- Ensure adherence to hotel policies, SOPs, and quality standards.
- Handle and resolve escalated guest complaints with professionalism and tact.
- Collaborate with Housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Maintain accurate front office records, reporting, and performance metrics.
- Develop, mentor, and motivate staff, ensuring a high-performing and engaged team.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in Front Office or Guest Services management at 4-star or above hotels.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of hotel management systems, booking engines, and operational workflows.
- Commitment to service excellence, professionalism, and operational integrity.
