• The supervisor will be in charge of customer service. Therefore he/she will oversee waiter service, Gardens preparation and maintenance, supervision of events hosting, reception services including oversight of booking service. Therefore he or she must be familiar with Food and beverage service and production. Be well versed with supervisory skills and good at interpersonal relations. Experience in hosting events will be an added advantage. At least 3 years experience in a similar capacity in a busy restaurant or service organization is required.
• Also he/she should have a minimum of KCSE C- plus a diploma in Food and Beverage. However a non diploma with longer relevant experience can be considered
