Job Description
Location: Nairobi
Role Purpose
Talent Grid Africa, is hiring a SaaS Sales Executive to join their team. The SaaS Sales
Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new B2B clients across
Kenya and the wider region. The role requires a proactive, results-driven individual with strong
experience in outbound sales and a solid understanding of SaaS sales cycles.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities across assigned markets
• Execute outbound sales strategies (cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach)
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
• Utilize CRM and sales automation tools to track pipeline and performance
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Provide market feedback to inform product and go-to-market strategies
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine value propositions
Key Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in B2B SaaS sales
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Experience selling software solutions across multiple African markets / regions
• Strong experience in outbound sales and lead generation
• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce,
Apollo, etc.)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-driven, resilient, and highly motivated
