Hiring: Sales Administrator
We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Administrator to join our team.
Requirements:
* 2–3 years' experience in a manufacturing company, preferably in hygiene products, medical liquids, pharmaceuticals or related industries
* Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Commerce or a related field.
* Experience with sales order processing, customer service and coordinating with production and logistics teams.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems is an added advantage.
* Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process customer orders and prepare sales documentation.
* Support the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
* Conduct market research to identify potential customers and business opportunities.
* Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to generate leads, follow up on inquiries and maintain customer relationships.
* Coordinate with production, warehouse, logistics and finance to ensure timely order fulfillment.
* Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
* Prepare sales reports and respond to customer inquiries.
