- Minimum 3–5 years' experience in Sales Administration, Sales Coordination, or Customer Service.
- Experience using ERP systems and sales software is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of ERP systems and CRM software.

- Process customer orders accurately and promptly in the ERP system.
- Prepare quotations, delivery schedules, and obtain necessary approvals.
- Coordinate with stores, dispatch, and finance teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and CRM information.
- Follow up on customer orders, pending payments, deliveries, and resolve discrepancies.
- Handle customer complaints, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases where necessary.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
- Support the sales team with documentation, tender submissions, and marketing materials.
- Monitor stock availability and communicate stock levels to relevant departments.
- Reconcile customer account statements with the finance team.
- Maintain organized digital and physical sales records.
- Conduct customer satisfaction follow-ups and recommend service improvements.
- Assist in organizing customer visits, product demonstrations, exhibitions, and marketing events.
