4. Client & Stakeholder Engagement

5. Performance & Reporting
- Track and analyze marketing ROI, sales performance, and market penetration.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 3 years in real estate.
- Proven track record of strategic marketing leadership and sales enablement.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and real estate market dynamics.
