Sales Representative (commision based)

We are seeking energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven Sales Representatives to join our team based in Ongata Rongai. The successful candidates will be responsible for generating leads, promoting and selling the company's products and services, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This is a full-time position offering an attractive commission-based earning structure for high performers.

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
• Promote and sell the company's products and services.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Conduct client visits, product demonstrations, and presentations.
• Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales reports.
• Gather customer feedback and market intelligence.
• Represent the company professionally and uphold its brand image.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business objectives.

• Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Previous sales experience is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Must be between 22 and 35 years of age.
• Must be based in Ongata Rongai or willing to work there.
• Willingness to work in a commission-based sales environment and achieve set targets.
